• Are there any delivery or membership fees?
There are no monthly fees or delivery charges for our service. We are
proud of servicing all of our customers free.
• Where do I drop off my clothes and how are they picked
up?
A convenient drop-off location is designated by the customer. We then
stop by your home and pick up your garments in the bag that was left in
a secure area. Thereafter, we return your order professionally cleaned
and ready to wear.
• Do I need to be home for the drop-off or pick-up?
No, once the area has been designated we pick up and drop off the clothes
without you having to be home.
• How do I pay?
For your convenience, we charge your credit card directly. Monthly, we
issue you a billing statement with the charges that were applied to your
credit card during that billing period.
• What if there's a problem with my order upon delivery?
All garments are cleaned professionally and according to our Quality Pledge.
However if you notice something wrong with your order, we would like you
to contact us immediately. Please see our Garment
Protection Policy. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, we
will re-process your garment at no additional charge.
• What if I have a special request for my garments?
If you have special instructions, fill out a Special Instruction Form
and leave it with your order.
• How often must I do my dry cleaning?
You can enjoy the convenience of DeliverClean home delivery whether you
dry clean monthly, weekly or just once in a while.
• Do you deliver to office or apartment/condo complexes?
DC delivers to over 100 corporations and services many apartment and condominium
complexes that have a concierge/doorman or secure storage area. There
is no extra charge for this DeliverClean high quality service.
